Job description
The company is looking for an energetic Fuel and Lubricants Supply Officer keen to pursue a career in a multinational organisation. The person will report to the Fuel and Lubricant Supply Manager of the company and will be part of a team of professionals responsible for purchasing and distributing fuels and lubricants to a network of over 90 petrol stations in the country.
Main responsibilities:
Processing of fuel orders – creating orders and sending them to the terminals and the petrol stations;
Daily monitoring and coordination of deliveries of fuel to the petrol stations, including close coordination with suppliers and logistics partners;
Reflecting fuel surpluses and losses in the ERP system (SAP);
Correcting discrepancies in the ERP system;
Daily update of supplier prices in the ERP system;
Processing of invoices, customs declarations and other documents related to the purchasing of light fuels and LPG;
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports related to the purchasing and distribution of fuels.
Job requirements
What are we looking for:
University Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering;
Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to work software systems (ERP)
Good level of written and spoken English;
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities;
Ability to apply quality control processes and make decisions;
A collaborative and team-oriented attitude;
Attention to detail.
