Fuel and Lubricants Supply Officer

The company is looking for an energetic Fuel and Lubricants Supply Officer keen to pursue a career in a multinational organisation. The person will report to the Fuel and Lubricant Supply Manager of the company and will be part of a team of professionals responsible for purchasing and distributing fuels and lubricants to a network of over 90 petrol stations in the country.


Main responsibilities:

• Processing of fuel orders – creating orders and sending them to the terminals and the petrol stations;

• Daily monitoring and coordination of deliveries of fuel to the petrol stations, including close coordination with suppliers and logistics partners;

• Reflecting fuel surpluses and losses in the ERP system (SAP);

• Correcting discrepancies in the ERP system;

• Daily update of supplier prices in the ERP system;

• Processing of invoices, customs declarations and other documents related to the purchasing of light fuels and LPG;

• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports related to the purchasing and distribution of fuels.

What are we looking for:

• University Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering;

• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to work software systems (ERP)

• Good level of written and spoken English;

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities;

• Ability to apply quality control processes and make decisions;

• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude;

• Attention to detail.
