We are a close-knit team of 70+ professionals who are experts in different fields but work on a variety of projects together. Our focus is ensuring the smooth operations of our network and providing a high-quality service to our customers in our petrol stations across the country. However, we work on a large number of digitalization and innovative projects aiming to scale up our business, improve customer experience and reduce mundane work tasks.

Corporate Social Responsibility
HELLENiQ ENERGY has strict CSR policies and standards across all countries related to road safety, education, green initiatives toward preserving the environment and renewable energy, and sport. One of our priorities is giving back to society and caring for the most vulnerable and we strive to provide continuous support throughout the year.
Our team is highly engaged in the various initiatives and causes we support. We actively promote this beliefs to the younger members of our generation by involving the children of our colleagues and giving them the chance to support people in need.
People development
The continuous support and development of our team is key to our People strategy. By performing regular skill gap analyses and implementing annual training calendars, we strive to provide a variety of learning opportunities to our colleagues. We not only conduct trainings, webinars and internal workshops, but provide opportunities for professional certification and training academies.
The goal of our internship program is to attract and retain young professionals, to support their development and contribute to the successful start of their career.
