First Interview
In this meeting, the HR Team and your future Leader take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.
You can expect questions related to your knowledge and previous responsonibilities, and questions checking how knowledgeable you are in the respective field.
This is also a chance for you to get to know our team and ask first questions about the company and the role.
Show us your skills
We want to learn more about your practical insight by giving you a task related to what you would do in the position. This might include a case study task, a presentation on the chosen field or an aptitude test.
Depending on the position, this step can happen before or after the first interview.
Final interview
In this last interview, you will briefly meet with the respective Director for the function.
It is the final stage of the recruitement process and you will once again have a chance to ask any questions you may have.
