Job description
The company is looking for a NFR Administration Officer who is passionate about retail sales and is keen to pursue a career in the field in a multinational organization. The person will report to the NFR Sales Manager of the company and will be part of a team of professionals responsible for the company’s non-fuel retail sales.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the correct, accurate and timely input and maintenance of the information in the internal systems (SAP and the POS systems) of the Non-fuel Retail Department - listing and delisting items, updating prices, etc.;
Communicates with vendors in connection with the administration of their contracts;
Monitoring and managing the inventory process of NFR;
Responsible for e-vignettes, reports and the verification process;
Manages the stock taking process, including coordination with the vendor, validating the results, reporting;
Deals with the EDI (electronic data interchange) project implementation and monitoring;
Maintaining the contracts database;
Active collaboration with petrol stations as first point of contact;
Responsible for archiving and storing information according to the company's internal rules and policies;
Performs analyses and prepares weekly and monthly reports, as well as ad-hoc reports related to the non-fuel retail sales.
Job requirements
What are we looking for:
University Degree in Business or Economics;
1+ years of experience in retail or administrative support in a large corporation;
Experience in analysing sales data and product positioning would be considered a plus;
Excellent level of written and spoken English;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
Experience with ERP systems (SAP ideally) and other warehouse and reporting programs is a plus;
Ability to apply quality control processes and make decisions;
A collaborative and team-oriented attitude;
Attention to detail.
