Maintenance Engineer

EKO Bulgaria is an international company operating in the field of fuel and fast‑moving consumer goods. The company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of over 101 petrol stations operating under the EKO brand.

The company is looking for an energetic Maintenance Engineer keen to pursue a career in a multinational organization. They will be able to gain valuable experience and knowledge, while being involved in all daily tasks and projects of the Technical Department.

Main responsibilities: 

• Participates and coordinates the repair and maintenance (preventive and corrective) activities related to technological maintenance of the Petrol Stations.

• Participates in and coordinates the non-technological maintenance activities.

• Assists with the coordination of small reconstructions and repairs.

• Processes and tracks service requests from the Petrol Stations in SAP.

• Keeps all permits and technical documentation up-to-date.

• Maintains databases for the installed/changed and/or repaired equipment.

• Reviews contractors’ projects and schedules.

• Monitors, tracks and reports on-site works performed by vendors, ensuring compliance between performed activities and invoices.

  Drafts efficient maintenance schedules and reviews the repair cost estimates.

What are we looking for:

• University Degree in Engineering/Automation.

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar rolе.

• Good knowledge of engineering, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with AutoCad and SAP.

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.

• Working level of written and spoken English.
